AUTHORS INSTRUCTIONSABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES Participants are invited for consideration for the presentation at NSMMPSE'25. (Please note that communication during NSMMPES'25 can be conducted in either French or English, according to your preference). However, to facilitate publication and dissemination in the official conference proceedings, we kindly ask you to submit your abstract preferably in English, (in docx or pdf format, minimum 02 pages; maximum 04 pages), Firstly, a short abstract (max. 350 words) should be submitted online (using Forms submission system) to assess the quality of your work using the NSMMPES’25 Abstract Template. The authors are requested to submit their extended abstracts online for presentation during NSMMPSE'25 before 1st September 2025. The abstract guideline is on the website. Based on the content the abstract will be considered for oral or poster presentations. A concise and factual abstract (250-500 words) should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results, and the major conclusions. An abstract is often presented separately from the article, so it must be able to stand alone. For this reason, References should be avoided, but if essential, then cite the author(s) and year(s). Also, non-standard or uncommon abbreviations should be avoided, but if necessary, they must be defined at their first mention in the abstract itself. Authors submitting abstracts and presenting papers are responsible for any conflict of interest and/or plagiarism.

If the plagiarism is not detected and similarity index is lower than 20% (and the similarly index from a single source must be less than 5%), the fulltext is then be sent out for peer review.
